Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA County, Florida, the Clerk shall sell the property situated in SARASOTA County, Florida described as:
Lot 40, Block 781, FIRST REPLAT IN 12TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 20, Pages 11 and 11A thru 11D, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
and commonly known as: 4042 Forsyth Avenue, North Port, FL 34288, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com pursuant to Florida Statute 45.031(10), on July 30, 2013, at 9:00 A.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
