NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 25, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-000698-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and LYNDA OLIVER; F. MARLENE GRUNEWALD; CHARLES F. LENTZ; GLEN OAKS RIDGE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 30th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 171, GLEN OAKS RIDGE CONDOMINIUM VILLAS, SECTION 2, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1015, PAGE 1524, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 6, PAGES 54, 54A THROUGH 54C, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
