Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 21, 2013, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
THE NORTH 80 FEET OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY, TO WIT: BEGIN AT NE CORNER OF SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 38 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST; THENCE S 1° WEST ALONG EAST LINE OF SAID SECTION 35, A DISTANCE OF 2233.2 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE S 1° WEST, 160 FEET; THENCE N 89°43` WEST 307.7 FEET; THENCE N 2°55` EAST 160.09 FEET; THENCE S 89°43` EAST 302.4 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; LESS A STRIP 25 FEET WIDE THEREOF FOR COUNTY ROAD, BEING IN SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 38 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
