NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 27th day of JUNE, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-058860, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR VOLT 2012-NPL1 ASSET HOLDINGS TRUST, BY VERICREST FINANCIAL, INC. is the Plaintiff and BRIAN SHELTON A/K/A BRIAN J SHELTON, BANK OF AMERICA, NA (USA), REGIONS BANK F/K/A AMSOUTH BANK, HOLLIE RUCK A/K/A HOLLIE E RUCK, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HOLLIE RUCK A/K/A HOLLIE E RUCK N/K/A HOLLIE E RUCK, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRIAN SHELTON A/K/A BRIAN J SHELTON N/K/A BRIAN J SHELTON and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
