NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 26 day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-50151, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and UBALDO CANO, VENETIAN PALMS OF FT. MYERS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., ALICIA R. CANO and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 26 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 1314, BUILDING 13, VENETIAN PALMS, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NO. 2006000027321, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
