COFFEEN, CAROLYN L. COFFEEN A/K/A CAROLYN L. TOLIVER A/K/A CAROLYN L. BOGART A/K/A CAROLYN BOGAR TOLIER, JOHN DOE # 1, JOHN DOE #2 N/K/A HERBERT RAMIREZ, JANE DOE #1, JANE DOE#2 N/K/A GLORIA BALRRAHR, EVAN R. GRAHAM, UNKNOWN HEIRS. BENEFICIARIES. DEVISEES. ASSIGNEES. LOT 6, WINDSOR ACRES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE 111 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
