NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 26 day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-055709, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2006-7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-7, is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL R. WEBER; VIRGINIA A. LOGRASSO WEBER; NAVONA AT THE COLONY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC.; THE COLONY AT PELICAN LANDING FOUNDATION, INC; PELICAN LANDING COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 AND #2 are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 26 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1504, NAVONA AT THE COLONY, CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO. 2006000189682, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO .
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
