THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE FOR JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2005-3 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-3 is Plaintiff and REYNEL GARCIA; YAMILET HILDAGO; MIGUEL ALFONSO; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 26 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
