Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 15 day of May, 2013 and entered in Case No. 10-CA-058904 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NA. is the Plaintiff and JUDITH A. JACOBS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUDITH A. JACOBS; JUDITH A. JACOBS A/K/A JUDITH ANNE JACOBS, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF JACQUELINE C. JACOBS A/K/A JAQUELINE C. JACOBS A/K/A JACQUELINE CHRISTINE JACOBS, DECEASED; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; WYLDEWOOD LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, AND TENANT #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 29th day of July, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
UNIT 42-A, WYLDEWOOD LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1446, AT PAGE(S) 2229, ET SEQ, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION, AS MAY BE AMENDED.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
