NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 25, 2013, and entered in 12-CA-052432 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-5, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-5, is the Plaintiff and JULIA A. RICHARDS; STONEYBROOK ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ROGER YOUNG; STONEYBROOK, A GOLF COURSE COMMUNITY OF FORT MYERS, INC. are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on July 25, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 159, BLOCK BB, OF STONEYBROOK UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 65, PAGES 73 THROUGH 78, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
