NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order filed June 26, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-056865 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Citibank, N.A., as Trustee for Bear Stearns Alt-A Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-4, Plaintiff and Patricia A. Dorton a/k/a Patricia Dorton and Robert L. Dorton, Wife and Husband are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on July 26, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDO UNIT #3105, SANTA MARIA RESORT CONDOMINIUM, PHASE I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1739, PAGE 295, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
