PERRY; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO COLONIAL BANK; BAYVIEW ASSOCIATION, INC.; BONITA BAY COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 29th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
