NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed and entered in Case No. 36-2012-CA-057068 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-10 is the Plaintiff and BHARAT P. PANDYA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BHARAT P. PANDYA N/K/A JANE DOE NAME REFUSED; TENANT #1 N/K/A NAT CLUM, and TENANT #2 N/K/A LINDA CLUM are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 25 day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
