NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment filed June 26, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2012-CA-054545 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff, and RONALD R. FREEMAN; MARGARET F. FREEMAN; R.L. JAMES INC. GENERAL CONTRACTOR F/K/A RL JAMES, INC.; FAIRWAYS CONDOMINIUM OF LEHIGH ACRES, FLORIDA, INC., PHASE THREE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
LINDA DOGGETT, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 26 day of July , 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 139A, THE FAIRWAYS CONDOMINIUM OF LEHIGH ACRES FLORIDA, INC.-PHASE THREE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 943, PAGE 576, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 333 JOEL BOULEVARD #139, LEHIGH ACRES, FL 33936.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
