DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE IN TRUST FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2004-R7, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-R7 is Plaintiff and TIMITHY M. DESOUZA; RITA M. DESOUZA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; are defendants. .
