WEISER A/K/A MICHAEL WEISER A/K/A MICHEAL E. WEISER A/K/A MICHEAL WEISER; unknown tenant #1; unknown tenant(s) are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on July 26, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK B, CHERRY ESTATES, ACCORDING TOTHE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 497, PAGE 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH BARR MOBILE HOME TITLE # 20349326, ID# FLFL2BD08335390 & TITLE # 20349327, ID# FLFL 2AD8335390.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
