HARRISON; TAMARA L. HARRISON; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWHEQ INC., CWHEQ REVOLVING HOME EQUITY LONA TRUST, SERIES 2005 -E; SUSAN HARMON; BONNIE ROBIE; unknown tenant(s) are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on July 26, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO WIT:
COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 43 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST AND RUN N 89°36'20” W, FOLLOWING THE SOUTH LINE OF SECTION 13, 282.68 FEET; THENCE N E, 512.29 FEET; THENCE S 89°36'20” E, 282.68 FEET TO THE EAST LINE OF SECTION 13; THENCE SOUTHWARD FOLLOWING THE EAST LINE OF SECTION 13, 512.29 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
