NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 26, 2013 and entered in 36-2012-CA-056890 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM MITCHELL; GLADIOLUS GARDENS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, SECTION III, INC.; GLADIOLUS GARDENS RECREATIONAL AND MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATION, INC, are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on July 26, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 205, OF GLADIOLUS GARDENS CONDOMINIUM, SECTION III, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1441, PAGES 2075 THROUGH 2141, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION, AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1455, PAGE 97, OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1492, PAGE 1593 AND OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1810, PAGE 235, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
