NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-000670 DIV N in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION f/k/a THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE was the Plaintiff and VALERIE D. MENTION; ET AL. the Defendant(s), that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on the 6th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
