NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 17, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-001633, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2, (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and MARTA E. SANTOS A/K/A MARTA SANTOS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARTA E. SANTOS A/K/A MARTA SANTOS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 9th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 53, GOLDEN ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
