HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for Fremont Home Loan Trust 2006-D, Mortgage-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-D, Plaintiff and JILL M. CRATER A/K/A JILL MARION CRATER; JAMES HINEGARDNER A/K/A JAMES L HINEGARDNER; , ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM on this August 6th, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
