NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 19th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-022866, of the Circuit Court of the Thisteeneh Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida. US Bank, National Association, as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of May 1st, 2006. GSAMP Trust 2006-HE3, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-HE3, Plaintiff and JULIO PEREZ; , ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM on this August 6th, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
