NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-006133 DIV. N, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-12 is Plaintiff and DAWN ROBERTS, DONNY LEE ROBERTS; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION N/K/A FELICIA OUGER are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 12th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
