NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2013-CA-001311, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and MANUEL A. RIVERA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; JANET RIVERA and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 26th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 259 OF LOGAN GATE VILLAGE PHASE II UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 63, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
