NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 17, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 29-2012-CA-001684 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and DANIEL AGUASVIVAS; MARIA AGUASVIVAS; TENANT #1 N/K/A JAMES DURRANCE; TENANT #2 N/K/A/ JAIMIE DURRANCE are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 08/05/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
