N of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Delaware trustee and U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Co-Trustee for Government Loan Securitization Trust 2011-FV1, Plaintiff and GRIMALDO DIAZ, Et Al; are defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, AT www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, AT 10:00 AM, July 22, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
