NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 24, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-005897 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein U.S BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION, 2008-FT1 TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2008-FT1 is the Plaintiff and ANDRE BAGNASCO; JENNIFER BAGNASCO; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; REGIONS BANK D/B/A AMSOUTH BANK; AMERIPRISE BANK, FSB; COUNTRYWAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 08/12/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
