NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to that certain Final Judgment, dated June 19, 2013, in Case No. 52-2012-CA-014453 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE NORTHERN TRUST COMPANY, AN ILLINOIS BANKING CORPORATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NORTHERN TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, FORMERLY KNOWN AS NORTHERN TRUST BANK OF FLORIDA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and NANCI D. WILSON; MIDLAND FUNDING LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, are the Defendants, the HON. Ken Burke, Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, Florida will sell the property located in St. Petersburg, Florida to the highest and best bidder for cash.
