NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated June 4, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2009-CA-001575, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is Plaintiff, and DANG VO A/K/A DANG VAN VO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANG VO A/K/A DANG VAN VO IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. AS NOMINEE FOR FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 19th day of July, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 11, SKYVIEW TERRACE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
