Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about June 20, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 12-007426-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and KARL W. PETERSON, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 311, KENILWORTH BUILDING, OF TERRACE PARK OF FIVE TOWNS NO. 17, A CONDOMINIUM AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURETANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE CONVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DELCARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. 4967, PAGE 827, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 22 THROUGH 24, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 24th day of July, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
