NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 26, 2013 and entered in Case No. 10-008864-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein US BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING 2008-FT1 TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2008-FT1 is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM COURNOYER A/K/A BILLY COURNOYER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; PINELLAS COUNTY; PINELLAS COUNTY CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT; TENANT #1 N/K/A PETE LANE, TENANT #2 N/K/A RICHARD ROSS, and TENANT #3 N/K/A ROY PAGE are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 08/13/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 11, BLOCK 21, LESS THAT PART DESCRIBED AS: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 11, RUN THENCE WEST ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT, 6 FEET THENCE NORTHWESTERLY TO A POINT 8 FEET WEST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT; THENCE EAST 8 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT; THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. AND ALL OF LOT 12, BLOCK 21, HIGHLAND PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 24 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
