NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 19, 2013 and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-007825 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and MARY PAMELA RIGGS; PENTHOUSE GREENS ASSOCIATION, D-E, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A N/K/A: JEFF BANKS are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 08/06/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT D-140,PENTHOUSE GREENS CONDOMINIUM UNIT D-E, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 12, PAGES 96 THROUGH 99, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3952, PAGE 183, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
