NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Condominium Unit No. 104, APPLE BUILDING PHASE IV, COUNTRY LAKES I, A CONDOMINIUM, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as shown on plat recorded on Condominium Plat Book 70, Pages 119 through 127, all in accordance with and subject to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 5604, Pages 1270 through 1431, inclusive, and amended in O.R. Book 5604, Page 1432, O.R. Book 5604, Page 1444 through 1454, inclusive, and O.R. Book 5604, Page 1455, and all amendments thereto, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 330 Promenade Drive, #104, Dunedin, FL 34698.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 9, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
