NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 713, INDIAN SPRINGS COLONY FIRST, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recoded in Condominium Plat Book 17, Pages 117 through 122, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4165, Pages 338 through 408, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto. With the following street address: 14800 Walsingham Road, #713, Largo, Florida, 33774.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 26, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
