NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an order rescheduling sale dated June 19, 2013 and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-005539CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage is the Plaintiff and Rafael A Villafane and Delia R. Villafane are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com/ , Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 AM on July 24, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 9 AND 10, BLOCK E, BELMONT FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS, COUNTY, FLORIDA.
