NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2012-CA-011257 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and M. FRANCES FLOYD, CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 2nd day of August, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 49 FEET OF LOT 5 OF WAYSIDE SUBDIVISION, AND A STRIP OF LAND 21 FEET WIDE ADJOINING SAID LOT 5 ON THE NORTH AND BEING PART OF AN UNDIVIDED TRACT LYING NORTH OF SAID LOT 5 AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 5 OF WAYSIDE SUBDIVSION, THENCE RUN WEST 75 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 21 FEET; THENCE RUN EAST 75 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH 21 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION OF FILE AND OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
