NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-000054, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and DOUGLAS C. JOHNSON A/K/A DOUGLAS JOHNSON, LAKE TIFFANY STAGE ONE CONDOMINIUMS ASSOCIATION, INC., REGIONS BANK, DBA AMSOUTH BANK, TERESA JOHNSON A/K/A TERESA D. JOHNSON and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 23rd day of July, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A Condominium parcel formerly described as Unit 101, Building 1, Lake Tiffany Twelve, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 6119, Page 1411, and amended in O.R. Book 6498, Page 1230, and O.R. Book 7494, Page 1805 and according to Condominium Plat Book 88, Page 45 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Said condominium parcel now described as Unit 101, Building 1, Lake Tiffany Condominium, according to the Declaration for the Merger of Independent Condominiums and Declaration of Condominium for Lake Tiffany, a Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 7494, Page 1805 and amended in O.R. Book 9223, Page 753 and O.R. Book 11159, Page 2511 and according to Condominium Plat Book 108, Pages 1 through 22, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
