NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09 014394, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and ERICA DELGADO, BLAX CONSTRUCTION, INC., LAMPE CONSTRUCTION, WATERSIDE AT COQUINA KEY SOUTH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., LUIS DELGADO and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 24th day of July, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 5110A, BUILDING 20, WATERSIDE AT COQUINA KEY SOUTH, TOGETHER WITH AN UNIDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14741, PAGE 2148, AS AMENDED FROM THE TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
