LOT 26 , BLOCK 1, GRADY SWOPE'S HARRIS SCHOOL SUB'N, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 24, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH A PERPETUAL EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS TO SAID LOT 26, OVER THE EAST 10 FEET OF THE SOUTH 12 FEET OF LOT 2 AND OVER THE EAST 10 FEET OF LOT 1, BLOCK 1, OF SAID SUBDIVISION; SAID LOT 26 IS SUBJECT, HOWEVER, TO AN EASEMENT OVER THE WEST 5 FEET OF THE SOUTH 47 THEREOF, IN FAVOR OF LOTS 1 AND 2.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on TRIPP SCOTT, P.A., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 110 S.E. 6th Street, 15th Floor, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301, on or before August 5, 2013, (no later than 30 days from the date of the first publication of this Notice of Action) and file this original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO (2) CONSECUTIVE WEEKS.
