NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2012-CA-005880 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and MARIO ROMERO, LAKEWOOD TERRACE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com,, at 10:00 AM, on the 2nd day of August, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26. IN BLOCK 1 OF LAKEWOOD TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, ON PAGE 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
