NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-005084 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Wells Fargo Asset Securities Corporation, Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-PA1, is the Plaintiff and Aaron Hayden, SunTrust Bank, Tenant #1 n.k.a Robert Riccardi , are defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 31st day of July 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 14, LESS THE WEST 40 FEET THEREOF, ALL OF LOT 15, AND THE WEST 15 FEET OF LOT 16, TOGETHER WITH A STRIP OF LAND LYING SOUTH THEREOF AND MEASURED 20 FEET AT RIGHT ANGLES TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LAND, ALL IN BLOCK C, OAK RIDGE NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 23 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
