Final Judgment was awarded on February 26, 2013 in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-000682, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff, and, LOUIS D. MOSER; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
