Final Judgment was awarded on June 10, 2013 in Civil Case No. 09-005379-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is the Plaintiff, and, VERDUN MANROSS AKA VERDUN H. MANROSS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VERDUN MANROSS A/K/A VERDUN H. MANROSS; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; JOHN DOE N/K/A CAMERON NOBLES; JANE DOE N/K/A TRACY NOBLES; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on July 30, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
