NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 25, 2013 and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-003878 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and WALLY W. STAFF; BRIAN NICHOLS; TINA NICHOLS; TENANT #1 N/K/A BOB CROCKETT, and TENANT #2 N/K/A SHELLY DETWILER are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 08/09/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 5, BLOCK 3, WASHINGTON TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 98, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER OF LOT 6, BLOCK 3, WASHINGTON TERRACE, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 98, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 6, 59.17 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 6; THENCE EASTERLY ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 6, 99 FEET; THENCE SOUTHERLY TO A POINT ON THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 6, 63.6 FEET EASTERLY OF THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE WESTERLY ALONG THE SAID SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 6, 63.6 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
