NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-007132 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for GSAA 2006-1, is the Plaintiff and Michael J. Troutner a/k/a Michael John Troutner, Jacqueline Kay Garcia a/k/a Jacqueline K. Troutner a/k/a Jacqueline Kay Troutner, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, are defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 17th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 2, BLOCK 3, SHERYL MANOR UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
