NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 19th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 522012CA003650XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF FEBRUARY 1, 2007, GSAMP TRUST 2007-FM2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-FM2, is Plaintiff and Tressa L. Sanders a/k/a Tressa Sanders; Keith C. Sanders; State of Florida; Clerk of the Circuit Court for the 6th Judicial Circuit; Capital One Bank; are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 25th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3, Block 4, RIDGE CREST SUBDIVISION FIRST ADDITION, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 36, Page 30, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
