NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 19th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-1336-CI-7 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF MAY 1, 2007 MASTR ASSET-BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2007-HE1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-HE1,, is Plaintiff and John Austin a/k/a John W. Austin,Somluk Austin a/k/a Somluk M. Austin, Chris Anderson and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Equifirst Corporation, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 25th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5, Trails West, according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 78, Pages 82 and 83, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
