NOTICE is hereby given that Ken Burke, Clerk and Comptroller of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 24th day of July, 2013, at 10:00 o'clock A.M., EST, via the online auction site at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to wit:
LOT 19, SHEFFIELD VILLAGE PHASE II AT BAYSIDE MEADOWS REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGE(S) 69-71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property address: 2036 Sheffield Court, Oldsmar, FL 34677.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
