NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 20, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-004488 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein DLJ MORTGAGE CAPITAL, INC. is Plaintiff and SHELLY RUTH MORROW, SHELLY MORROW, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on 7/18/2013 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
