NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-000251-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and MAUREEN CAIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MAUREEN CAIN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; WINDING WOOD CONDOMINIUM VII ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 23rd day of July 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 159B OF THE WINDING WOOD CONDOMINIUM VII, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4559, PAGE(S) 1198, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
